Terms of service
Effective 2026-08-25
What these cover
These terms apply to this website and to the early-access list. They are an agreement between you and Chris Brock LLC. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or join the list.
There is no Dewli app yet. When one is released it will come with its own terms covering the app itself, purchases and subscriptions. Nothing here grants you a licence to software, because there is no software to license.
The early-access list
Joining means we may email you when Dewli becomes available. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@getdewli.com, and we will delete your address. Joining is not a purchase, does not reserve anything, and does not entitle you to access on any particular date — or at all, if Dewli is never released.
Using the site
Use it for its purpose: reading about Dewli and deciding whether you want to hear when it ships. Do not try to break it, overwhelm it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or use it to send anything unlawful. Do not submit an address that is not yours.
What belongs to whom
The Dewli name, logo, wordmark and the design of this site belong toChris Brock LLC. You may link to the site freely. You may not use the Dewli name or logo to suggest that we endorse or are connected with something we are not.
Dewli reads bills automatically, and it can be wrong
This is the most important thing on this page. Dewli is designed to read amounts and due dates off photographs and PDFs of bills. That process is automatic and it will sometimes get something wrong — a misread figure, a wrong date, a bill it does not recognise at all.
You remain responsible for paying your bills, on time and in the correct amount. Dewli is a tool for keeping track, not a payment service, an accountant or a financial adviser. It does not pay anything on your behalf and it is not a substitute for checking what your biller actually says. Nothing in Dewli is financial, tax or legal advice.
No warranty
The site and the list are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any information on it is complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chris Brock LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of the site or the early-access list — including missed payments, late fees, interest or damage to your credit. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that law permits.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you and Chris Brock LLC each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
